SRP Development is a partnership consisting of Smoot Development, a subsidiary of The Smoot Corporation, and Robuck Investment, Inc.  Lewis R. Smoot Sr. is the CEO of Smoot Development, and Paul R. Taylor Jr. is the CEO of Robuck Investment, Inc. 

The Smoot Corporation (www.smootconstruction.com), with over 50 years experience in construction, construction management and development, used Smoot Development, one of its subsidiaries, to collaborate with Robuck Investments, Inc. approximately eighteen years ago. Our purpose in forming SRP Development was to establish that two minority firms could work together on an equal basis and fulfill the requirements of municipalities and others.  We do this by developing and rebuilding urban and rural communities—through church development, new housing construction, commercial development, and by providing technical management assistance.

Our achievements and experience are growing daily because of our quality performance and our ‘open book’ policy regarding our financial mechanism.  We respect the people we work for and expect to be held accountable for the performance of whatever task we accept.   As has been our record for years and will be our record in the future, we provide services that are second to none.
