The project is located on a 59.79 acre site between Wheatland Avenue and Interstate 20.

The senior apartments are in two, three-story buildings, each story of each building is 20,216 sq. ft. There are 74 units in the west building and 76 units in the east building. The first floor has amenities such as meeting rooms, kitchen and dining facilities, and laundry facilities.

 

To the north is an area for a retail complex. Also on the site are 21 lots developed for duplex housing units.
