


The project is located on a 59.79 acre site between Wheatland Avenue and Interstate 20. The first phase of the faith-based complex includes a 149,452 square foot church facility, which was complete in 2007.
Phase 2 will include a youth center building, human services-garage building, and an outdoor amphitheater will be built. Future development includes a family life center and gymnasium building, a school building, and a daycare building.
The new church building has a 1st floor of 110, 276 square feet and 2nd floor of 37,312 square feet. The entrance is into a large narthex/gathering area. The sanctuary, public restrooms and the nursery suite is accessed from the narthex.
The sanctuary will seat 4,248 people and has seating on the main floor, and on two side galleries that flow up to the balcony seating. The balcony is also accessed by stairways and an elevator. There are classrooms at the rear of the auditorium that can be replaced with gallery seating when expansion is needed. The chancel platform allowd for diverse events and functions. The baptistery is at the rear of the chancel at the second floor level. The music suite is behind the chancel choir stands.
There are eighteen classrooms along each of the two sides of the 1st and 2nd floor of the sanctuary. Meeting rooms, administrative offices and executive offices are to the rear of the building.
