The project is located on a 59.79 acre site between Wheatland Avenue and Interstate 20. The faith based complex includes a 149,452 square foot church facility, which was completed in 2007. In the future a family life center and gymnasium building, a school building, and a daycare building will be constructed. Phase 2 will include a youth center building, human services/garage building, and outdoor amphitheater will be built.

 

Inspotainment Center

The youth center, or “Inspotainment Center”, is a two story building with a full lower below grade floor. The lower level is 21,500 square feet, the 1^st floor is 25,762 square feet, and the 2^nd floor is 13,070 square feet.

 

The lower level has a large laser tag area, an eight lane bowling alley, a pool table, billiard table and table tennis area, a youth lounge area, a state of the art computer assisted physical fitness area, restrooms, showers, and lockers rooms.

 

The first floor has a 600 seat picture theater or junior church auditorium on one side of the building and a birthday/meeting room entertainment facility similar to “Chucky Cheese” or “Dave and Busters” with kitchen and dining facilities on the other side. The second floor has similar meeting rooms and entertainment facility but for young and older adults.

 

Human Services – Garage

The human services/garage building has a 1^st floor area of 15,431 square feet and a 2^nd floor of 13,525 square feet and includes a garage for fourteen buses, vans, and limousines, restrooms and concessions serving for the amphitheater, offices and service areas for food and clothing pantry, food and storage areas, and storage bins for other on site buildings.

 

Amphitheater

The amphitheater has a permanent stage and back stage area of 5,623 square feet, a tensile-fabric protected seating area for 1,550 seats, and a grass seating area for 1,450 seats.
