New Church Facility

This new church facility was constructed on an open rural residential flat 19.00 acre site.

The site has parking for 930 cars, a soccer/football field, and areas for education additions on each of the two sides of the new building.

The new facility has 58,727 square feet of 1^st floor area and 6,132 square feet of lower level. The building has a major narthex-gathering area at the main entrance. From that area is the access to the nursery rooms, the men’s and women’s restrooms, a café/bookstore and the sanctuary.

The sanctuary will seat 1,800 people on the main floor. There are classrooms at the rear of the sanctuary. When need for expansion comes, these classrooms will be replaced with gallery seating to increase seating capacity. The chancel platform is large and allows for diverse events and functions. The baptistery is at the rear of the chancel. There are stairs at the rear of the chancel that lead to the lower level changing rooms and youth room.

The pastor’s suite is on one side of the building and ministry suite on the other side.

At the rear of the building is a chapel / family life center with kitchen and restrooms.
