Located on an 85-acre site, the 1.5 million sf Mall at Tuttle Crossing has become a major destination for shoppers throughout central Ohio.  This two-story mall features four anchor stores and more than 125 specialty retail establishments and restaurants.

In addition to the mall's core and shell, Smoot was responsible for the construction of 2, two-level department stores each approximately 225,000 sf in total area; 2, two-level department stores of approximately 150,000 sf each; and approximately 400,000 sf of gross leasable area.
