The new church building is the main structure of the multi-use complex which includes church worship center & chapel, community center, grocery store, apartments, and parking garage.

The retail grocery store has a lower level of 24,641 square feet that will be used for delivery and storage. The 1^st floor level has 16,359 square feet, is located on the corner and has access from both George Street and Morris Street.
