PAUL R. TAYLOR JR.

Mr. Taylor is the managing member of SRP Development, a national development company that designs development solutions for religious institutions, local governments and private owners in rural and urban areas of the country.  For over eighteen years the key principals of SRP Development, Lewis R. Smoot Sr., and Paul R. Taylor Jr., have performed and perfected the process of delivering economic resources and construction development to serve the needs of communities across the country, with a special emphasis on Faith-based community initiatives.

Most recently, Mr. Taylor partnered with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation to publish a series of monthly housing newsletters that focus on issues critical to the African American community.  

Highlights of Mr. Taylor’s Achievements include:

• Over 1800 families housed through the Community Mortgage Loan© Program
• Over $100 million in residential mortgage financing and in place
• Over $500 million in church financing for commercial development through Church Lending Guidelines of Community Centered Banking (CCB) Program
• Over 12,000 prequalifed individuals enrolled in homeownership counseling program, which represents $672 million dollars in potential mortgage commitments
• Successfully completed one of the first syndicated tax credit deals where the participants were a bank, the Federal government, and a private developer

Mr. Taylor is:

• Licensed as a real estate broker; with a special emphasis on construction and development
• Executive officer of PT & Associates, a community development consulting firm
• Executive officer of Kingston LLC a national church design/build consulting group
