• 1992 - 1998: Banking Development - Development of Community Centered Banking Program and affiliate companies PT & Associates, SRP Development. 
• 1998: Rollout Phase: Develop reputation, credibility in the marketplace.
• 2003 - 2008: Creation of the Development Manager Program (DMP) - Church development, community development, mixed-use development, product development
• 2008 - 2018: National Growth & Sustainability of Program with a focus on 501(c)3 development, government solutions and private landowner development.
