SRP Development is an unique company with the resources, processes and knowledge to assist faith-based communities, 501(c)3 community development corporations, government agencies and private owners realize their vision for redeveloping their communities. 

For over 25 years, the key principals of SRP Development have performed and perfected the process of delivering economic resources and construction development to serve the needs of urban and rural communities across the country. 

Through the creation of our Community Centered Banking Program©, we have been able to bring new financial resources to communities, enabling banks to provide mortgage financing for development projects and residential mortgages to the clients served by the community organizations that engage us.

With the financial mechanism in place, we can provide design, engineering, construction and administration services to take a project from the drawing board to reality.

Additionally, all services are priced at a percentage of the overall cost eliminating the need of owners to sell portions of their project to outside investors.  By having SRP Development provide these services, most escalating fee costs incurred by having to use independent service specialists for each element are reduced or eliminated.

We've tailored our services to the unique needs of faith-based community development, 501(c)3 community development corporations, government-sponsored development, residential development and commercial development.
