For over 20 years the key principals of SRP Development have performed and perfected the process of delivering economic resources and construction development to serve the needs of urban and rural communities across the country with a special emphasis on Faith-based communities. 

We have had the opportunity to provide financial and construction services to these communities through our religious development services that includes churches,, community centers, strip centers and  subdivision development. Through the creation of our Community Centered Banking Program© we have been able to bring new financial resources to communities, enabling banks to provide mortgage financing for the churches and residential mortgages for its members.

Once we have installed the financial mechanisms to a community we are better prepared to provide construction and planning services to religious groups as well as owners of residential property so they may begin the development of raw land into new housing subdivisions.  We also service commercial property owners so they may develop commercial real estate into needed facilities for the targeted market. We can provide architectural and construction management services with financial assistance to qualified projects to develop community centers, schools and office buildings in addition to commercial industrial business centers and medical centers. We also provide multi-level senior housing for independent living.

It is through this experience that we are prepared to introduce a service for developing real estate called Developer Management.  Through developer management, we will provide to any owner, agent or property manager a turnkey development service.  We can provide design, engineering, and construction administration services.  We will supplement these industry standard services with project financing, construction management with guaranteed maximum pricing supported by bonding if required by lenders.  All services are priced at a percentage of the overall cost eliminating the need of owners to sell portions of their project to outside investors.  The development management process should also reduce the escalating fee costs (financing, design, construction, construction management) most clients experience by having to use independent service specialists for each element of putting a project into service.
